  • The last modification date in the table has been updated accordingly.
  • The pre-commit checks are passing.

I may expand the scope of this into "Creation of conda environments" and also discuss the operations required to (extract and) link packages, record their metadata, etc. Otherwise we risk inconsistencies when we later standardize that part.

I updated the package_record schemas at conda/schemas#26 to support this CEP.
