fix issues with updated documentation
Previously, the documentation recommended creating a file '/etc/docker/docker.json', which seems to be a typo. According to Docker's documentation, the file should be named '/etc/docker/daemon.json'. I'm not sure if modifying '/etc/docker/docker.json' will actually do anything.

Currently, the documentation recommends creating a file named
/etc/docker/docker.json, which seems to be a typo. According to Docker's documentation, this file should be named/etc/docker/daemon.json.On my end, it doesn't look like modifying
/etc/docker/docker.jsondoes anything, but maybe that depends on your version of Docker.This PR changes that one line in the documentation.
