SwinIR:基于SwinTransformer 的图像修复

图像修复旨在从低质量图像(例如,下采样、加噪和压缩图像)中恢复出高质量图像, 长期以来一直是底层视觉的研究重点。然而,目前最先进的图像修复方法大多基于卷积 神经网络,采用Transformer架构的研究相对较少,尽管Transformer在高层次视觉任务 中已经取得了显著成果。本文提出了一种基于SwinTransformer架构的图像修复强基线 模型——SwinIR。SwinIR 包含三个核心模块:浅层特征提取、深层特征提取和高质量 图像重建。具体而言,深层特征提取模块由多个残差SwinTransformer块(RSTB)组成, 每个模块内包含若干SwinTransformer层及对应的残差连接。我们在三个具有代表性的 图像修复任务上进行了广泛实验,分别是图像超分辨率(包括传统、轻量级和真实场景 的超分辨率问题)、图像去噪(包括灰度和彩色图像去噪),以及JPEG压缩伪影去除。 实验结果表明,SwinIR在最多减少67%参数量的情况下,在不同任务上相较于最优模 型,性能提升了0.14至0.45dB。
