Thanks for building this! Tested and it works perfect on Zeekr 009 as well. I see there's already side mirror and blindspot indicators in the works , can't wait :)!
Thanks for the tip, boss! I just noticed your PayNow transfer—didn't know you're based in Singapore too!
I checked out your project and was wondering if there might be an opportunity for us to combine forces/merge development ~
It's great to see that the system logic for the 009 and the 7X is identical. While adding new features, my current focus is still on making the core architecture more robust. That way, no matter how or which vehicle model invokes the camera, the core remains stable without affecting the head unit's performance. I'd love to hear your thoughts or suggestions on this!
Heya! My plan is to submit a whole bunch of PRs to you eventually and you see decide which ones to merge or not. At the same time I can help test the app on the 009. I think it's largely similar except that I can't get anything displayed on the HUD, seems like 7X can.
I've already seen that stack of PRs😭. I'll mark the design and code contributions first anyway.
I don't yet know how similar the 009 system is to the 7X (and perhaps the X), but my hope is to develop a resilient enough core (trying to avoid reinventing the wheel). At this stage, we can each focus on the directions we're interested in, while trying to move forward under the same framework to make merging easier. My goals are: 1. Create a dashcam that is functional, intuitive, and instantly usable by ordinary people. 2. Let Zeekr know that this is doable, and that they should be doing it better. 3. Ensure driver non-distraction and safe driving.
Nice! Agree with your points. My main goal wasn't really on recording as I already have a camera installed (which frankly is useless now as your app is working really well). I wanted the blind side cameras as it's something I found very useful from driving a Tesla. And probably a better 360 camera that doesn't have the 30km/h speed limit.
Thanks for adding my project as a link, too kind haha.

What do you think?
By the way, regarding the 009's HUD, I recommend checking how many display/screen interfaces the 009 has. There are also two screens in the rear, plus the HUD, and the rear armrest? And two more on the rear sliding doors (which share the same origin as the Volvo EM90). The 7X detects 3 screens.

I'll add a link to your project on the homepage.
