Yes! This does fix #9306 for me locally. Now only one other fix required to fix GetSchema() which I should be able to submit with a clean PR... |

This PR alters SQLColAttribute to succeed when a query is prepared but not yet executed, or when
hstmt->res == NULL. Should also preventGetSchema()from erroring.Related issues:
