Bonjour|Hi 👋 I'm Damien!

I'm a software crafter, currently Director of Engineering & senior consultant @ Kumojin

With almost 20 years of experience in software development, I've worked as an IT consultant for a variety of companies, ranging from banking and insurance to retail, utilities, media, and even sports.

I've mainly held roles as a full-stack developer and Tech Lead, and what I'm passionate about today is helping and supporting people, both technically and personally. That's why I've gradually moved into roles where managing and developing individual skills are at the heart of my responsibilities.

My technical expertise lies in team dynamics and development quality practices, also known as Software Craftsmanship. I have presented several conferences on these topics in recent years.

Today, I serve as Director of Engineering at Kumojin, in addition to my roles as software developer and senior consultant.
