Widget doesn't update temperature or location #221

While widget not updating the location due to permission limitations is understandable, the widget also doesn't update the weather in the same location, even with battery optimisation turned off for the app.
So for now the only way to get weather updates in the background seems to be to get spammed with notifications.IMHO either fixing this one or implementing #52 are necessary to use this app (which is great otherwise) comfortably for most people I know. I am willing to sponsor either one or both of these issues, but unwilling to do so through the payment processor linked in the Readme.
I've been using this app for a long time now and I've always noticed how the widget never updates the temperature or location.
I think this is because there is no option in location permission settings for "Allow all the time". I can only see "Allow only while using the app" "Ask everytime" "Don't allow". This might be causing the app to not update the widget.
I check the Android Manifest and surely enough there's no line for background location permission.
I'm not sure if this is the solution but it might lead to something.
Let me know if this helps or if I'm doing something wrong.
