Summary
On windows, cms doesn't compile anymore for local machine. It gets stuck without message. Culprit is
nxcommandnx run-many -t develop --parallel=999 --output-style=stream --exclude=decap-server. Changing tonx run-many -t develop --parallel=1 --output-style=stream --exclude=decap-serverfails with errorTest plan
Cms is compiled locally and tests are successfull
