Hi there!

Hi, I'm Souza, a passionate programmer based in Brazil. I'm a self-taught developer and aspire to set an example as a skilled programmer.

About

Hobbyist programmer since 2015, turned professional in 2021 as a freelance web developer. Passionate about the Java and Linux ecosystem, I love to develop innovative solutions or simpler alternatives to existing ones. My last work experience involved Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Thymeleaf, and I have several Work-In-Progress personal projects below.

WIP Projects

  • Ded: Very WIP text editor written in java with LWJGL and Skija.
  • Jasonify: Library for serializing and deserializing JSON at the speed of light, using Java Poet to generate code and improve runtime performance. (~10x faster than Jackson!)
  • Dissonance-Websocket: Simple WebSocket Client implementation in pure Java, implementing RFC-6455 partially.
  • Bakashi-CLI: Tool for scraping and displaying anime in the terminal, made with JSoup, FZF, MPV, and YT-DLP. (Supports terminal images via ueberzugpp.)
  • debian-automated: Collection of Debian Preseed files and Ansible Playbooks for automating my entire Debian installation.
  • deablo-nvim: My Neovim configuration with robust support for Java development.
  • mydotfiles: A collection of my dotfiles for various Linux distributions.
