Numeric series in/notIn opertors are too strict #646

Current implementation of in/notIn operators in numeric series (like IntBaseSeries, LongBaseSeries, etc.) are too strict, as they only allow the values of same type as a series.

This could lead to confusion in QL where long(a) in (1, 2, 3) will always return false.

The fix should be just an auto-conversion of arguments, I think it's better to do this in the operators, rather than in QL.
