[Feature Request] Add default selection for right side panel #2462

I've been using Docmost a lot recently, and I've found the "Table of Contents" panel on the right side of the page very useful.

It would be great to have a setting to define the default right-side panel for the currently opened page, similar to the existing "Default page edit mode" setting.

For example, a dropdown could allow users to choose between all available right-side panels:

• Page details
• Table of contents
• Comments
• None

This would make it easier to customize the default page layout according to each user's preferences.
