For the first milestone of GHA build summary we are exporting the
.dockerbuildandsummary.jsonfiles using an external-build tool. In the next milestone, Buildx will export records using standard types and therefore nosummary.jsonwill be generated as of today.To do so, we need to load the OCI archive (
.dockerbuildfile) exported by Buildx in the actions toolkit and read the build history records we need to generate the summary accordingly.
