Adds the UI for the server judge and makes it usable from the browser. The run page now shows per-item and run-level token, cost, and latency, plus a judge-vs-human alignment card, and a dialog to register a connection and run the judge over a run. Also adds an LLM connections page (list, create, edit, delete) and the update/delete endpoints behind it; deleting a connection clears its judge job queue records but keeps the scores.
