What changed

• Raised the GitHub identity gate drag region above the surrounding content so the title-bar drag area remains usable.
• Included the lockfile update already present in the workspace.

Why

• The drag region could be visually and interactively covered by adjacent content, which made window dragging less reliable.

Notes

• The commit hook ran Biome on the staged TypeScript/JSON files.
• No additional test suite was run beyond that formatting/lint pass.
