# 为什么需要它：wheel 只含 `app/`（库本体），而完成一次部署还需要

# `scripts/`（初始化与迁移脚本）和 `deploy/`（编排与反向代理配置）。

# 不声明的话 sdist 会漏掉它们，拿到源码包的人无法完成部署。

# 刻意**不**包含：admin-web/（前端在 release bundle 里以构建产物 dist/ 交付）、

# docs/（含大量截图，会白白撑大包体；文档随仓库与 release bundle 分发）。
