Summary

Wanted to be able to specify the eCAL install location on Linux like it is done for Windows. Uses the same ECAL_HOME environment variable to specify the location. If ECAL_HOME is not specified it will default to the system wide install.

For runtime:

• LD_LIBRARY_PATH will need to point to the folder path of libecal_core_c
