Klepto

Klepto is a local proxy app on Chrome apps environment.

Attention

Currently support for MacOS only(Windows environment is broken)

Go to chrome://flags, find "Experimental Extension APIs", click its "Enable" link, and restart Chrome.
Go to chrome://settings/, find "Change proxy settings", change proxy setting to localhost:24888.
Go to Chrome new tab page, click Klepto app icon.
Drag & Drop local file to Klepto window.
