Describe the bug:
We have a lot of users with a username identical with their email. While I can still create users like this and they can login without any problem, I cannot update these users since upgrading to 7.10.0. I always get the error message in Kibana "Error loading user" with submessage "Not found".
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a user with email as username
- Try to edit the new user
- Receive an Error loadin user - Not found

User can be edited with UI
