yes, its related , i tested logstash 7.6.2 but regression exists (some differences exists in this version and monitoring record not exists until pipelines loaded completely):
Apparently #12002 was moved somewhere else: "This issue has been moved to a repository you don't have access to."
logstash loads pipeline configs in a single thread and if exists multiple pipelines , start time is boring.
this issue #11105 mentioned earlier and exists in 7.7.1 version too.
I have tested logstash versions 7.0.0 , 7.5.0 , 7.6.0 ,7.7.1 for two pipelines (helk and another) and these are the same.
