What feature you'd like to see or proposal(期望什么新功能/特性或者建议)
The Opacity setting makes the window see-through, but the content behind the window shows through sharp. Windows 11 can draw a blurred backdrop behind a window, and Electron exposes it as BrowserWindow.setBackgroundMaterial.
I propose a Blur setting under Opacity on Windows, with 4 options.
- None, which is the current behavior.
- Acrylic, which blurs the content behind the window.
- Mica, which tints the window with the desktop wallpaper.
- Mica Alt, a stronger Mica tint.
With Use system title bar on, the window has a native frame and can't be transparent by itself. The settings tip says that transparency does not work in that mode. A backdrop material works on a framed window. If opacity is below 1 and Blur is None, the window uses Acrylic, and the tip on Windows says so.
Windows does not let an app set the blur strength, so the proposal has no blur amount setting. The materials need Windows 11 22H2 or later. The setting is hidden on macOS and Linux.

I have the code written, with unit tests. If you agree with this proposal, I will open a pull request for it.
