I've been self-hosting Inboxzero, and everything is working fine. The only issue is that, roughly after 7 days (I didn't calculate the exact time), I noticed emails weren't being processed. When I opened the dashboard, it told me my Gmail account had lost connection. Clicking the reconnect button had no effect; I had to log out and then log back in, at which point everything returned to normal. This has been happening repeatedly for the past month. Is there a problem with a cron job? What logs do I need to provide?
