Instructions to run notebooks on `Syzygy` (Jupyter Hub)

Go to https://umanitoba.syzygy.ca/
Log in using your umanitoba id
Then open terminal as shown below:

step_1

In the terminal type: git clone https://github.com/emgeolab/geol-4250.git
Then double click folder geol-4250 on the left panel

step_2

You will dc_resistivity folder. Get into the folder by double clicking it.
Then open DC_Layer_Cylinder_2_5D.ipynb.
On the top banner, choose Run and click Run All Cells as shown below.

step_3

If every cells are running, then you are set!
