Describe the bug
Since 0.32, some letters in Adwaita Sans, especially t-s have "holes" in them and look weird.
The problem is only present in dark mode.
Expected behavior
Font rendering stays roughly the same after the "clarity" changes.

Here is a minimal reproducer app:
