I organize emails to/from customers and prospects on IMAP like this:
- INBOX
- INBOX.Customers
- INBOX.Customers.Customer1
- INBOX.Customers.Customer2
- INBOX.Customers.Customer3
- INBOX.Prospects
- INBOX.Prospects.Prospect1
- INBOX.Prospects.Prospect2
- INBOX.Prospects.Prospect3
I can configure the monitored folders on Espo by selecting each of my folders, but every time we get a new customer or prospect the new folder I create on IMAP isn't automatically synchronized on ESPO. I'd like to suggest the option of making subfolders monitored (INBOX.Customers.*), so all new subfolders under a folder get monitored too.
I know this likely means a job needs to be executed so often to list all folders and decide which ones to subscribe, and this isn't trivial to implement. Still, I believe this is a very handy feature, specially for people who heavily rely on IMAP folders and want all email communication correlated with contacts on EspoCRM.
