Download the entire project/folder on Git Hub at local PC. On VS Code, open the project/folder i.e. File->Open Folder On VS Code, open terminal i.e. Terminal->Open Terminal and select Power Shell on lower right corner. In the terminal, type command "http-server" to run the local server. It will also show local server link like http://172.16.1.70:8080/ Copy the server link & paste in any browser to load the website locally.
