Background
Our previous solution to collect feedback was based on Google Analytics. I checked the dashboard and there was absolutely no data. Either no one leaves feedback, or it never worked, or it broke somewhere down the line.
PushFeedback advertised in a Docusaurus feature request thread about feedback that they have open-source licenses. I applied for one and it was granted to us.
