Description
On M1 and new Macs, the Data Connect emulator relies on Rosetta to emulate x86 architecture. If you don't have Rosetta, previously you'd get an incomprehensible error message (#7995). Instead, we should catch it and tell users t install Rosetta/
Fixes #7995
