The gemm ukr us supposed to overwrite the output tile if beta == 0. Thus, any NaNs or Infs in the input should not be propagated. This allows for users to use uninitialized data and then use beta == 0 to overwrite it. In #947 a problem with this leads to incorrect data.
The gemmukr tests should be updated to also test beta == 0 with explicit NaNs in the input matrix.
