It looks like the CI failures have to do with checkdoc differences between some Emacs versions, unrelated to anything in the PR. |

I want to pass
--features=...tocargo clippy. There are more configuration options implemented forrust-cargothan forrust-clippy, but this is enough to select features and also pass arbitrary args.
