This adds a new
Output Selectorlayout widget for switching between enabled devices. It also adds a new
Playback > Output > Devicespage for configuring per-device output behavior, including whether a device appears in the selector widget, which DSP preset it uses, and which bitdepth it applies. This change also fixes the output switching path so same-backend device changes fully reapply the selected output profile.
