foxscotch/README.md

Hi! I'm Foxscotch, a full-stack web developer mainly, but I do other stuff sometimes. Currently working as a full-stack developer for a financial services company, where we primarily use Ruby on Rails and React. I have a slight preference for frontend, but I've got plenty of familiarity with both sides. If your backend stack includes something cool, like Elixir or Rust, I might even prefer it.

I'm most experienced with JavaScript (and TypeScript), Python, Ruby (including Rails), and C#, in that order. I've got varying degrees of experience with several other languages* too, and I love learning new ones, so I'm open to pretty much anything!

I live in the Seattle area, and I'm accustomed to remote work, with and without time zone gaps. Although I'd probably prefer in-office or hybrid work, if it's an option and the commute is reasonable; especially if it's reachable by transit!

Where to find me

I'm @foxscotch almost everywhere, but here's a few links anyway:

On the social sites, I pretty much just reblog/retweet/whatever furry art, so don't expect much else! They're sorted roughly by how often I actually use them.

Further Reading

In the interest of not cluttering up my profile, I added a second file with a little more info, if you're curious: MORE.md
