This sounds strange. If your settings are in PPS bus mode, the PPS category should come instantaneously, even if no BSB-LAN adapter is connected to the microcontroller. The reason for this is that with PPS, all commands are broadcasted in a rotating manner. Contrary to BSB/LPB, no actual data is sent over the bus when querying the PPS category or a parameter within. |

The reason for this is that BSB-LAN crashes (see "Guru meditation" in your logs). You are using an already outdated version of BSB-LAN, so please update to the most recent version and try again. It's probably a bug that is already fixed. |

This is my first message on this discussion platform, so let me know if the form or the content of my message is not appropriate.
I've been using a BSB-LAN module (based on Olimex) to control an old Weishaupt boiler with PPS bus. It works perfectly, but recently I experienced some issues:
These last days, because of the bad weather conditions (I'm leaving in the mountains), I had a few micro power outages in my home's electrical supply. After that, the BSB-LAN went into fault mode. It no longer answered to URL commands. The web interface works, except for the “PPS bus” menu, which does not respond. The /N command or hardware reset (power shut-off) does not change this status. The only solution I have found so far is to change the bus type from the web interface (to BSB for instance), then switch back to the PPS bus. I would like to set up a kind of watchdog to detect this fault and send a reset command.
Can you help me? I don't know which command to use.
