Test release for floating plastic detection in Can Tho rivers

Detect the floating macro-plastic debris with yolov5s, slice size (800x752) and input size (640x640).

This is just release of sample data and weights file for yolov5l to test the plastic litter detection in images/videos collected with gopro or mobile phone.
