Additional notes for reviewers
Verified end-to-end on Copilot CLI 1.0.73: 'copilot plugin marketplace add santifer/career-ops' followed by 'copilot plugin install career-ops@career-ops' installs v1.22.0 cleanly (the repo doubles as a Claude-spec marketplace via .claude-plugin/marketplace.json). The submitted SHA is on main and adds a plugin manifest mirror at .github/plugin/plugin.json (byte-identical to .claude-plugin/plugin.json, kept in sync by a CI assert in test-all.mjs) so intake validation can locate plugin.json in a supported path; this addresses the fix requested on the previous intake run. SHA-only submission because the latest release tag (career-ops-v1.22.0) predates the manifest version sync; future tags will carry synced manifests. Quality and safety: local-first (no telemetry, no embedded credentials), human-in-the-loop by design (prepares every application, the user makes every click), CI runs a ~2,000-assert suite plus CodeQL and secret scanning with zero open alerts, and user data is isolated by a documented DATA_CONTRACT. Apologies for the temporarily blanked issue body earlier today: an automation error overwrote the form while updating the SHA; this edit restores it in full.
