Updated i18n.go to enable Irish(Gaeilge) language selection, which is fully translated.

I don't know whether we should backport because I don't know whether the translations have been backported to those versions. If we want to backport, it's also very difficult because the translations keys are changed. |

@lunny thanks for the merge. Regarding backporting - I know that if any of the language keys are changed on Crowdin they appear red for retranslating. They are 100% green at the moment, but I'm not sure if this is relevant to the issue. |
