Bugfixes

• Fix an issue where the percentiles were not being cached correctly resulting in incorrect reference data being fetched
• Fix a bug that resulted in the anchor plot not displaying
• Fix a bug that resulted in the horizontal divider line in the anchor plot not displaying
• Fix the issue where the the percentile legend is overflowing and getting cut off when it displays data for a lot of algorithms
• Fix an issue where existing top score metric2 form input didn't work with the updated format and re-tiering wasn't implemented correctly for this metric
• Fix an issue where current values of the transcript prioritization strategy and top score metric2 were not displayed in the current param table correctly

Improvements

• Improve sorting of the peptide table so that the best peptide is always on top and remaining data is sorted on lowest IC50 of all alleles that pass the anchor criteria.

New Features

• Add a selector above the percentile plot to allow selection of a subset of the percentile data (binding, presentation, immunogenicity) to view
• Add a selector above the peptide table to allow switching between displaying ic50 or combined percentiles in the table
• Add peptide binding, presentation, and immunogenicity data to the metrics.json file and allow users to switch the peptide table to displaying them
• Add Median information to binding, presentation, and immunogenicity tables
• Add heat map cell background to individual values in the binding, presentation, and immunogenicity tables. In the binding table, add selector to allow switching of heatmap cell background between IC50 and percentiles.
