- Introduced Smart Guides functionality to provide automatic alignment guide lines when moving layers. - Added configuration options for Smart Guides color, opacity, outline, and pattern in theme and config files. - Implemented logic to detect alignment with neighboring layer bounds and render guide lines accordingly. - Integrated Smart Guides into the MOVE tool for snapping and visual feedback during layer manipulation. - Updated GUI elements to toggle Smart Guides and snap settings. - Created dedicated Smart Guides module with initialization, rendering, and bounding box computation.
