UI Bug: 'Ask a Question Open In Colab Open In Studio Lab' tab overlaps with chapter titles #2174

Description

@Almexiir93

Description:
I'm experiencing a UI issue where the floating "Ask a Question Open In Colab Open In Studio Lab" tab appears in front of top titles in various documentation chapters, making some content unreadable.
Details:

Browser: Chrome (latest version)
Operating System: Windows 11
Issue: The floating action button/tab with "Ask a Question Open In Colab Open In Studio Lab" obscures the main titles at the top of documentation chapters

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to various chapters in Hugging Face documentation (LLM Course, all the chapters that have a big title)
Observe that the floating tab appears in front of the top title/heading of the chapter

Expected Behavior:The floating tab should be positioned in a way that doesn't obstruct the main content, or should have a lower z-index so titles remain visible and readable.
Additional Notes:This appears to be a CSS positioning/z-index issue where the floating action elements are rendering above the main content titles, making navigation and reading difficult.
