How do I install these formulae?

Just brew tap hanxue/cmd and then brew install <formula>.

You can install the formula directly by brew install hanxue/cmd/<formula>.

You can also install via URL:

brew install https://raw.github.com/hanxue/homebrew-cmd/master/<formula>.rb

brew help, man brew, or the Homebrew documentation.
