I used fork of TomatoBar by AuroraWright and created new project https://github.com/ArtemYurov/TomoBar, where I added the features I needed to manage time intervals more flexibly.
I added a stop mode after the interval ends and big notifications where you can add time to the current event. Now you can call it a flexible pomodoro timer.
