I'm Chayanon Somatanai (you can call me Shin), a software developer from Thailand with nearly 3 years of hands-on experience. My primary focus is frontend engineering. I build scalable, performant UIs with solid architecture and design systems. I care about writing type-safe, maintainable code and designing systems that grow with the product.

I'm obsessed with building architecture and design systems that scale. I love working with component-based design and design tokens, creating design systems that work as a cohesive system across projects.

Music — Mostly into progressive rock/metal (Polyphia, Dream Theatre, Animals as Leaders), jazz (Incognito), R&B (Crush, Devin Morrison), and hip-hop (trap, drill).

Gaming — MMORPG and MOBA games. Spent a lot of time on Ragnarok and League of Legends. Enjoy the complexity and strategy involved.

Mathematics — In university, I was particularly interested in number theory, mathematical analysis, and complex analysis. Ended up doing my final project on machine learning instead, but the mathematical foundation shaped how I think about problems.
