A copy of bleed bot voicemaster feature.

1. To use this bot it is fairly simple, all you need to do is create a application on Developer portal, and then configure your bot inside src/config.ts
2. Then run npm i && node run build || You must have atleast Node 18.14.0 LTS version
3. After that run /voice-master command watch the magic unfold!

Warning Make sure to enable all intents.
