[Mobile Auth - Get verification information] birth value error #58

It is stated that the birth value can be directly used as the screenshot below.

However, the value must be multiplied by 1000 to get the right value as expected.
Please let me know if this was intended, but considering the snippet above, I assume it's a mistake?
