Info format does not display non-ASCII author names #495

Describe the issue
Some authors prefer that their names be displayed in non-ASCII on the headers of the RFCs. The HTMLized format used for the Info pages is displaying the ASCII name, not the non-ASCII name, while the publication formats correctly show the non-ASCII name.

The information in the RFCXML file is the following:

<author fullname="李呈" asciiFullname="Cheng Li" role="editor">
<organization ascii="Huawei Technologies" showOnFrontPage="true">华为技术有限公司</organization>
