When playing URL video
The steps to reproduce are as follows:

1. Use the mouse to click on the progress bar to fast forward
2. Immediately move the mouse from the control bar to the video, and the video has not been loaded yet
3. Without moving the mouse, wait for the video to load and play normally
4. If you do not move the mouse, the progress pop-up window will always display 100% loading

Expected behavior:
The progress pop-up window is automatically hidden when the video is playing normally
Actual behavior:
The progress pop-up window will always be displayed when the mouse does not move
