Update Log:
The app no longer needs to keep running in the background. It has been transformed into a tool for binary sampling of required data and switching modes. The app now serves as a graphical program for configuring scheduling settings and viewing power consumption. The module is designed to work in conjunction with the app. Some features of the app, such as taking over other scheduling tasks, have not yet been implemented. It can be used with the fas-rs module. The app's log viewing feature has not yet been implemented.

Changelog:

1. The FAS option will now be automatically hidden from the performance mode list on the home page after switching to other scheduler cores.
2. Fixed an issue where some fonts would not automatically adapt to dark mode.
3. Fixed a mode-switching issue that occurred with other scheduler cores.
4. Optimized the section for adding application rules, for instance, by adding an index.
5. The floating window will now automatically hide the FAS mode when other scheduler cores are in use.
