- first running version that can be used in a productive environment

-- includes a fully running version of a ChIP-, RNA- and DNAseq pipeline
-- emits a report file that needs to be compiled using knitr and rmarkdown

- still needs some improvement in version reporting
- may not be fully compatible with Docker containers
