Coordination + discussion hub for building the Seattle adapter.
Known sources so far (see COVERAGE.md for links):
- Permits/RPZ: ✅ open
- Crime: ✅ open (currently paused as a feature — see Should we show a break-in / vehicle-crime-risk layer at all? #1 discussion)
- Meters: described in research as unusually rich (historical paid-occupancy by block-minute since 2012) but not yet independently traced to an exact source
- Sweeping: not yet confirmed open
Before concluding sweeping is actually absent: LA's sweeping data was initially (wrongly) marked as a gap because it was hidden behind an ArcGIS dashboard rather than a developer-facing open-data page — see SPEC.md's dashboard-tracing method. Seattle should get the same check before trusting the "unconfirmed" status.
