- Sweeping: N/A — DC runs no residential sweeping program at all; snow-emergency/leaf-season rules apply instead, a genuinely different rule regime than most candidate cities
- Meters: referenced via ParkDC but not yet confirmed as an open dataset
- Crime: described as open in research, exact dataset not yet independently confirmed
Smallest population of the current candidate set, and the different seasonal-rule regime means this adapter looks structurally different from LA/Chicago's sweeping-and-zones shape.
