Run with NONSENSE_TOKEN=... NONSENSE_PREFIX='!nonsense ' cargo run.

!nonsense help: List all commands (show this list)

!nonsense info: Post information about the bot's state

!nonsense on: Enable automatic posting

!nonsense off: Disable automatic posting

!nonsense ping_on: Enable pinging

!nonsense ping_off: Disable pinging

!nonsense freq <int>: Set freq, where the bot posts after about every freq posts
